This section comprises a series of links to aircraft specific pages. Its purpose is to allow people to pass on problems and tips they have come across (such as software bugs, false alerts, etc) , that for obvious reasons are not mentioned in the Aircraft Flight Manuals.

For example...Several years ago a helicopter with 10 pax onboard was just lifting into the hover when the cover over the tail rotor drive shaft opened into the prop disc. The hinge pin had worked loose, allowing the cover to open on the locking side which was correctly wire locked in place. The helicopter fell sideways back onto the ground, and luckily no-one was killed, but the problem had been experienced by several other operators and not passed on by the manufacturer!!.
